Herr Hefe | ABV 5.0% | IBU 12 The cloudiness of this beer is a result of a large amount of yeast in the glass, which provides the characteristic banana and clove flavors. Light and easy to drink, perfect for a hot summer day or any day really.
SRB ESB (Extra Special Bitter)
SRB ESB (Extra Special Bitter) | ABV 6.5% | IBU 35 A strong earthy hop flavor balanced by a full maltiness with warm biscuit overtones to warm the soul.
Belgian Pale Ale
Belgian Pale Ale | ABV 5.4% | IBU 25 Unlike an American Pale ale, this copper colored Belgian Pale is balanced with distinct spicy hop notes along with caramel and toasted flavors arising from the eight different types of malted barley used to brew it.
Sunburst Saison | ABV 7.2% | IBU 25 The bright hop flavor of this beer with it's crisp clean finish make it the perfect refreshment for the waning days of summer and also hides higher than average alcohol content. Enjoy responsibly.
Hip Pocket Porter
Hip Pocket Porter | ABV 5.3% | IBU 30 | The dark roasted and chocolaty tones of this full bodied porter balances the earthy spice of the hops, leaving a long pleasant mouth feel. This beer is now on NITRO from our taps.
Wiser Wit | ABV 4.5% | IBU 16 | With strong orange and corriander notes, this sessionable wheat beer has a light mouthfeel and very little aftertaste, making it an ideal session beer.
Bear’s Lair Belgian Single
Bear's Lair Belgian Single | ABV 5.3% | IBU 18 | Similar to Belgian Tripel, but with a lower alcohol content that allows for drinking more than one in a sitting. The Bear's Lair showcases the yeast, which provides the warm citrus notes rather than the hops.
Mint Chocolate Chip Stout
Mint Chocolate Chip Stout | ABV 4.4% | IBU 30 There is nothing subtle about this beer. Brewed with 5 pounds of pure cocoa and a pound of fresh mint, this black colored beer opens with a burst of mint flavor and aroma, and ends with a lingering, full chocolate taste.
The Doctor- Belgian Style Tripel
The Doctor- Belgian Style Tripel | ABV 9.4% | IBU 20 Light-bodied and effervescent, this Tripel has grapefruit and citrus notes in the flavor that blends with a distinct ethanolic note that hints at the potency of this traditional Belgian abbey-style beer.
Autumn Amber | ABV 6.0% | IBU 25 This medium bodied, amber colored ale has a bright hop flavor and aroma that can warm a cool autumn day, with just a slight lingering aftertaste.
Full Monti IPA
Full Monti IPA | ABV 5.7% | IBU 45 | A complicated IPA. A spicy, earthy hop flavor and bitterness stemming from the English hops plays over the medium maltiness of this golden amber colored beer. Named for the brewer's blind and deaf pug Monti.
Dubbel Down- Belgian Dubbel
Dubbel Down- Belgian Dubbel | ABV 7.0% | IBU 20 Unlike the Single and Tripel, this amber colored Begian Dubbel presents a sweet, warm flavor of raisins and caramel, balanced with a slight spicy finish from the Saaz hops.
Harvestfest HopBurst IPA
Harvestfest HopBurst IPA | ABV 6.1% | IBU 85 | seasonal Bursting with hoppy happiness, this classic American IPA is brewed with 22 pounds of fresh, locally grown hops from White Earth. The slightly sweet start finishes with a strong, hoppy resin. Savor the harvest season.
Wicked River Weizenbock
Wicked River Weizenbock | ABV 7.7% | IBU 15 | A wheat beer for the winter. This copper colored beer still retains the bready sweetness imparted by the wheat, but blends it with a nutty caramel flavor, while the alcohol content provides a subtle warm mouthfeel.
O'Bryan's Stout | ABV 6.7% | IBU 40 Dark, strong, and bitter. This strong stout has the nut, chocolate, and coffee flavors expected of a beer with this color, kept refreshingly crisp by a lingering hop bitterness. This beer is now on NITRO from our taps.

Alcohol By Volume (ABV) Alcohol by volume is a standard measure of how much alcohol is contained in an alcoholic beverage. International Bittering Units (IBU) Provides a measure of the bitterness of beer, which is provided by the hops used during brewing.
